Mini Piles/ Rock Anchors. 3C installs Mini Piles and Rock Anchors from 1” inch to 20” inch in all types of geology. Mini Piles are a viable alternative to driven piles. Mini Piles minimize vibration when working close to existing structures and utilities. Rock Anchors are excellent when utilizing the existing geology.

Tower Foundations ( Caissons and Pad & Piers ).
3-7.5 feet in dia 160 yard self support tower.
3C has installed tower foundations throughout the East Coast. From completing 8 foot diameter holes in Ct., to foundations in all 5 boroughs of New York City. Working with LIPA in Long Island or General Dynamics in Baltimore as far south as Key West, Fl. for Beach TV.
3C installed 3 of the deepest elevator jack holes in the country. Each hole was 36” in diameter x 112’ deep with permanent pipe grouted in place after plumbing of holes. 3C is available for large diameter elevator drilling anywhere on the East Coast.
