3C installs Mini Piles and Rock Anchors from 1” inch to 20” inch in all
types of geology. Mini Piles are a viable alternative to driven piles.
Mini Piles minimize vibration when working close to existing structures
and utilities. Rock Anchors are excellent when utilizing the existing
geology. 3C will help you in selecting the most appropriate foundation
system.

Tower Foundations ( Caissons and Pad & Piers ).
3-7.5 feet in dia 160 yard self support tower.
3C has installed tower foundations throughout the East Coast. From completing 8 foot diameter holes in Ct., to foundations in all 5 boroughs of New York City. Working with LIPA in Long Island or General Dynamics in Baltimore as far south as Key West, Fl. for Beach TV.
3C installed 3 of the deepest elevator jack holes in the country. Each hole was 36” in diameter x 112’ deep with permanent pipe grouted in place after plumbing of holes. 3C is available for large diameter elevator drilling anywhere on the East Coast.
