3C has adapted to the special requirements of NYC drilling and pile installation. 3C in house manufactured casing {pipe} drivers and reusable drill pipe from 18" to 48" diameter. Advancing pipe prior to drilling eliminates the risk of settlement or undermining. Utilizing these drilling methods eliminates risk when working within the influence of subsurface structures, utilities and existing buildings. 3C has also implemented new drilling techniques to expedite hard rock drilling when air-rotary is not practical due to geological conditions.

Air-Rotary 3C has added Atlas Cappco [Ingersol Rand] QL Hammers to our air drilling fleet. 3C has over 30 years of air drilling experience. 10" to 36" single pass air drilling. 3C has the ability to reach depths of 45' with out adding bars, and by utilizing our soilmec with our custom air bars 3C has the most accessible air drilling equipment in the area. 3C was contracted to reach holes from with in the existing site reaching over 6' walls, and out as far as 7' for Con-Edison in Manhattan.
Combined with our casing advancement system 3C offers the safest and most productive installation of up to 48" drilled shaft in the business.
