3C installs convention hydrulic loads test, utilizing jacking equipment and beams as well as Osterberg load tests. O-Cells are hydraulic jacks placed during caisson installation to determine end bearing and skin friction values. Engineers are able to confirm caisson performance in production caissons or sacrificial caissons.
