3C installs convention hydrulic loads test, utilizing jacking equipment and beams as well as Osterberg load tests. O-Cells are hydraulic jacks placed during caisson installation to determine end bearing and skin friction values. Engineers are able to confirm caisson performance in production caissons or sacrificial caissons. 3C also supplies down hole inspection support, and or video inspection equipment.
